Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin has called for the repeal of Section 208 of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29), and Section 76 of the Electronic Communications Act, 2008 (Act 775), saying that the provisions are being used to criminalise free expression and suppress dissent.
