Spokesperson for NPP flagbearer Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Health Committee, Dr Ekua Amoakoh, says she believes Dr Bawumia will eventually become President of Ghana. She has also warned that it would be unfortunate for young people if the country misses the opportunity to benefit from his leadership. Speaking in a personality profile interview on JoyNews’ PM Express with Emefa Adeti, Dr Amoakoh expressed confidence in Dr Bawumia’s political future when asked whether she believed he would ever become president. “I do believe so. And I do believe that it will be very unfortunate for the young people of this country if it misses him,” she said.
